COMBIFLEX HP PNEUMATIC BRAKES
The COMBIFLEX HP pneumatic brake is the revised product engineering of the standard CX.250/300 because it uses an innovative high rpm fan and new pads with high performance compounds.
Thanks to the new cover, the external dimensions of the COMBIFLEX HP pneumatic brake are drastically reduced, both compared with the standard model and with the old multi-disc brakes.
The COMBIFLEX HP series of pneumatic brakes is available with 250mm and 300mm disks, they guarantee up to 1520Nm of torque and 6kW of available power

COMBIFLEX PNEUMATIC BRAKES AND CLUTCHES
The standard series of pneumatic brakes and clutches COMBIFLEX, is the ideal solution for high speed unwinders and with reels of big dimensions.
With a modular pneumatic caliper system, COMBIFLEX pneumatic brakes are available with torques from 0,75 to 4620 Nm, up to 15kW of available power and disk dimensions of 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm and 500mm.

Our COMBIFLEX pneumatic brakes are all fitted with ASBESTOS FREE pads, in compliance with legal requirements and environmentally friendly, that Re company has always respected.
Thanks to the continuous and constant researches and tests by our technicians on the test benches and with our customers, today we can offer pads for pneumatic brakes with compounds which are free of harmful powder for humans and environment, while maintaining unchanged and very high performances and a life-span 4 times greater than the copies of our pads on the market which are made with compounds harmful for humans and environment, as well as having a reduced life span causing high maintenance costs and a periodic change of pads.
Another spare part of our COMBIFLEX pneumatic brakes are the turbine discs which guarantees a natural self-ventilation to the brake.

CURRENT REGULATOR FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC POWDER BRAKES FP.25 is an analogue current regulator that guarantees stability to the regulated torque ensuring the correct level of current supplied to the electromagnetic powder brake or clutch.It is possible to use a closed current loop in order to guarantee that the torque remains stable, irrespective of variation in the supply voltage or the brake/clutch and ambient temperatures.The current regulator FP.25 is available with or without transformer. |

TAURUS is a microprocessor controlled digital current regulator that can be used for both closed loop, in which a tension controller (T-ONE, MW90 or PLC) guarantees web tension stability, and open loop regulation (with sonar, potentiometer or any other 0-10 VDC analogical input). TAURUS is available in open (Taurus) or boxed (Taurus BX) versions, both are small enough to be mounted on DIN guides.
In particular, the long, narrow design of the current regulator Taurus BX, with the user interface located on the short side, has been designed to take up the minimum amount of space when mounted on a panel.

The EXtreme XT10 pneumatic brake, fully patented both in design and in the functioning principle, represents a new era in the industrial brake field, ensuring high and unmatched performance (1500Nm of torque and 6kW of dissipable heat) compact dimensions (300mm external diameter and 140mm thickness) and a longer life pads span (7 years) than the other brakes on the market.
The EXtreme XT10 pneumatic brake has been designed specifically for the corrugated board machinery, paper converting, slitter rewinders and many other applications.

EXTREME XT7 PNEUMATIC BRAKE
The EXtreme XT7 pneumatic brake, the younger brother of the well-known and very reliable EXtreme XT10, has been designed to guarantee the customers' success also in the narrow web machinery, where an high modularity at the low torques is requested.
EXtreme XT7 guarantees 350Nm of torque and 2,5kW of dissipable heat, extremely compact dimensions, 205mm of external diameter and 123mm thickness and 7 years of pads life span.

CX SERIES PNEUMATIC CALIPERS
The single COMBIFLEX pneumatic caliper is the ideal solution for applications with low or medium braking force or for emergency-brakes.
Their small size means that it is possible to install one or morepneumatic calipers to obtain the desired braking torque; they are available both in positive or negative versions.
We can also offer pneumatic calipers with reduced torque to 10%, 16% or 40%, designed for applications which require highest sensibility in terms of braking and low torques (the percentage value indicates the braking force in comparison with the standard calliper).
Reduced torque pneumatic calipers are the ideal solution for very light materials as TNT, thin paper, plastic film or for narrow cut material.

CX-NANO PNEUMATIC CALIPER
The pneumatic caliper CX-NANO is the miniature of the well-known CX pneumatic caliper used on Combiflex brakes
The maximum operating pressure is 7 bar and it generates a torque of about 60 Nm on a disc of ø 250mm.
Used for continuous, alternate and emergency brakings, the CX-NANO pneumatic caliper is equipped with pads that reflect the high standards we already use in pneumatic brakes: stricktly asbestos freeand a with a well studied mix that ensure long life pads that other solutions on the market can't reach.

SA SERIES PNEUMATIC CALIPERS
Our range of SA manually or pneumatically operated calipers, can be used to obtain high braking torque and are ideal for emergency braking on any machine used for processing material on reels.
SA pneumatic calipers are used with our PX discs, available in cast iron from 200mm to 600mm but they can also be manufactured according to the customer’s special requirements.
SA pneumatic calipers are available both in the positive, set in motion by a diaphragm piston, and in the negative version, driven by a pre-charged spring .
